The Sheraton Greensboro is looking for a Secretary for its very busy hotel Sales Office.
Duties will consist of:
- Data entry
- Mail sorting and distribution
- Assisting with answering phones and client inquiries
- Managing paperwork including contracts, correspondence, and various other office forms
- File maintenance
- Assisting the Sales Staff with clerical support in various areas
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Should have prior clerical experience
- Strong computer skills including excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent people skills
- Prior hotel experience and knowledge a definite plus
