The Human Resource Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Human Resources. This includes recruiting supportive functions, training, new hire onboarding, coordination of associate engagement activities, accurate and timely completion of HR paperwork, understanding and enforcement of company policies and assisting in benefits administration and provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed. Strives to be a liaison between various departments for problem solving while exhibiting confidentiality.
Relationships :
Internal : All Employees : To provide internal customer service for all personnel on property
External : Guests : To provide services
Education / Experience : High School diploma or equivalent. Two years Human Resources experience and administrative experience is preferred. Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit exemplary performance and / or equivalent work experience.
Working Conditions :
Will be required to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Will be required to work in fast paced environment.
