Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Steward to join our culinary team at Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations, supporting the culinary team, and ensuring the proper handling and storage of food and supplies.
Responsibilities
- Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies
