What are the responsibilities and job description for the Club Lounge Attendant position at Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel?
We have a a great position with set hours for a friendly and detail-orientated individual to join our Club Lounge Attendant team at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel!
Hours for this position are either 6am to 12pm OR 4pm to 8pm., but please note Thursdays and weekends are a requirement for this open position.
Our club lounge offers our VIP guests a relaxing and upscale area to relax and enjoy a complimentary breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres with cocktail service.
Daily activities of the Club Lounge Attendant include setting up, maintaining and breaking down food and beverage displays; maintaining responsible alcohol service polices and procedures; maintaining cleanliness of the club lounge; responding to guest requests in a timely manner; anticipating guest needs and acting as an ambassador in sharing information on daily hotel activities and promotions and sites of local interest, etc.
Qualifications for the Club Lounge Attendant include the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends; the ability to walk/stand for up to 5 hours at a time, and the ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
The Club Lounge Attendant position is starting as part-time, but could open up to a full-time position with benefit potential.
