Summary of Position
As a Strada - Sales Associate (Barista), you will provide exceptional service and prepare beverage and food orders courteously and efficiently in the Strada outlet and other food and beverage areas. You will ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will deliver memorable experiences to our guests, whether crafting specialty drinks or assisting with food orders.
The hourly rate for this position is $20.20 per hour.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Provide outstanding guest service and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Accurately record guest transactions and handle cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food and beverage areas.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with state liquor regulations and food safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Work flexible shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
