Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of dishes, utensils, and equipment for food service
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Load and unload dishwashers, and ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that all food preparation and presentation meets our high standards
- Provide help to the kitchen team as needed
- Assist with food preparation and plating as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with food service standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Willingness to help with other tasks as needed
- Culinary skills or experience in a related field
