Sheraton Suites Akron/Cuyahoga Falls is currently seeking applicants for our Front Desk Guest Service Agent position. Shift times are generally 7am -3pm & 3pm-11pm.
Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and Holidays. Applicants must have great communication skills, a professional appearance and present a hospitable and positive personality.
- Customer Service and computer experience is required
- Front Desk experience is preferred
- Hotel Front Desk experience is preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome.
· Complete the guest registration and securing proper payment.
· Answer incoming calls, call transfers and reservation bookings.
· Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for customers as requested.
· Close out guest accounts.
· Positive guest communication and guest resolution.
· Perform all other job responsibilities as requested by Supervisor.
· Position requires standing and continual mobility throughout the front office area.
