We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales and Catering Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations by handling reservations, coordinating group bookings, managing contracts, and assisting with event details. You will also serve as a vital liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and service execution.
Job Duties:
- Support Sales Managers with administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate and manage group and individual reservations.
- Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group resumes.
- Maintain accurate group block inventory and contract compliance.
- Process deposits, payments, and billing while following compliance guidelines.
- Assist with site tours when the sales team is unavailable.
- Manage sales files, reports, and office supplies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- High school education required, college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales support, events, catering or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservations systems, Lightspeed and CI/TY are a plus.
