Banquet Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service during events and banquets. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests during events and banquets.
• Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
• Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean dining environment.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including culinary offerings and beverage options.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards throughout the event.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of culinary practices and catering operations is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
