Job Title: Transportation Specialist (CNA)

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Transport residents, staff, volunteers, and others to scheduled events.
- Coordinate transportation services with appropriate staff members.
- Assist residents in and out of the vehicle using proper safety procedures.
- Operate mechanical lift as required for wheelchair-bound patients.

Essential Functions:
- Follow written and verbal instructions before leaving the center with residents.
- Obtain necessary paperwork before leaving the center with a resident.
- Assess and correct inappropriate resident appearance before leaving the center.
- Follow Resident's Rights.
- Follow center safety protocol.
- Dress professionally and represent the center in a professional manner.
- Monitor and report necessary mechanical maintenance needed to ensure safe operations of vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
- CNA certification is required for the state of Missouri.
- Valid State Insurance and License.
- Ability to operate a vehicle.
- CPR certification.
