Location : Sheridan Health and Rehabilitation Center & Waters Edge Health and Rehabilitation Center, Kenosha, WI
Position : Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM)
Hourly Rate : Up to $23.00 per hour
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vital Signs Technician to join our team at both Sheridan Health and Rehabilitation Center and Waters Edge Health and Rehabilitation Center, located in Kenosha, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately taking and recording vital signs of our patients, ensuring high-quality care and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or a Medical Assistant, with a strong focus on customer service and excellent technical skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take and record vital signs including Systolic and Diastolic BP, resting pulse, respirations, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
- Use Carease equipment to measure vital signs, ensuring accurate readings.
- If abnormal readings are found. Vital Signs Technician will be responsible for reporting this information to nursing leadership.
- Upload vital sign data into the Point Click Care (PCC) system.
- Provide clear and compassionate communication with patients while performing vital sign assessments.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to facility protocols.
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
