About the Role:
SPLiCE is seeking a highly organized and proactive HQ Program Management Concierge to support our CEO and collaborate with our global team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, KPI tracking, and event coordination. Website management skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the CEO in managing and executing strategic initiatives.
Act as a liaison between SPLiCE and our global Members and licensing community.
Oversee contract management, including tracking, renewals, and compliance.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing both virtual and onsite events.
Maintain timely updates and communication with stakeholders.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of SPLiCE programs.
Contribute to website management and content updates for SPLiCE's two websites.
Potentially attend industry events as a SPLiCE representative.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, contract management, or a related field.
- High school degree or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, or similar preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in a global or membership-based organization is a plus.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with website management is a plus.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000, based on experience.
