Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Reporting Manager will include:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of client information.
- Review general ledger activity for proper coding, completeness, and financial integrity.
- Provide monthly Management Reporting Packages and engage in regular client meetings to discuss financial results, special projects, and ongoing deliverables.
- Build and nurture professional networks to drive business growth and generate new opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic accounting and sales plans, updating them throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
- Mentor and lead a team of managers and accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects are efficiently executed, appropriately resourced, and deliverables are consistently delivered on time.
The successful Senior Financial Reporting Manager will require:
- A CPA, CMA, CGMA, or CA qualification.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, advisory services, and client management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple client engagements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple client demands.
