SherlockTalent is seeking an AI Infrastructure & Data Engineer to establish and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure while driving the development of data ingestion pipelines that support all engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :
Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and manage CI / CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.Design and automate infrastructure architecture with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.Build and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines to extract, normalize, and load data from CRMs, marketing automation tools, and sales acceleration platforms.Perform data cleaning, normalization, and transformation to ensure data quality and consistency (in collaboration with the Data Scientist).Manage database and storage solutions to optimize data retrieval, storage, and performance (in coordination with the Application Engineer).Develop and enforce infrastructure standards to support all engineering teams, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades as necessary to maintain high availability.Required Skills :
Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and proficiency in managing scalable infrastructure.Hands-on expertise with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.Strong knowledge of building and maintaining data ingestion pipelines, including data normalization and transformation techniques.Familiarity with database management and storage solutions, including relational and NoSQL databases.Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices to automate deployment and improve system reliability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure or data-related challenges.Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.Experience with big data tools like Apache Kafka, Spark, or similar.Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-based infrastructures.Why Join Us?
