Where will this role work?
Vine Street Lofts (109 tax credit and market rate units)
Schedule & Hours :
The core schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM
What will I do?
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the assigned real estate portfolio.
This role will also involve special attention to safety, predictive and preventative maintenance to support the achievement of the portfolio’s goals and objectives.
Some evening and weekend on-call rotations are required. Ask about our new on-call incentive program!
Job Responsibilities :
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Works on the last day and first day of each month until responsibilities completed; some overtime may be required. Evening and weekend on-call rotations as required.
- Assists in maintaining sufficient maintenance supply stock.
- Maintains exterior grounds and interior common areas in quality, presentable condition.
- Maintains customer service and excellent relations with residents, tenants, vendors and other external or internal organizations.
- Other tasks & duties as assigned based on business need; Evening and weekend on-call rotations as required.
