What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator/Material Handler position at SHERMAN BUILDINGS?
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Safely operate and maintain Company property and equipment
- Accurately pull, stage and prepare orders
- Stock and maintain hardware, materials
- Communicate with team and leadership

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
- Ability to pass our skills assessment measuring attention to detail, basic skills, and ability to multi-task
- Forklift driving experience preferred, willing to train the right individual
- Driver’s License
PREFFERED:
- Class A or B CDL, or ability to obtain and maintain a CDL
- No more than 3 traffic violations in the past 5 years for insurance purposes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
