What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elementary Secretary - Sherman position at SHERMAN ELEMENTARY?
- Job Title: Elementary Secretary - Sherman
- Dates of Program: Session 2: July 7 - 24 Mon-Thur
- Working Hours: 4.5 hrs/day
8:00-12:30 or 7:45-12:15 (building decision) - Rate of Pay: Per Diem or Salary Grade 8 Level A ($21.28)
Note: building secretaries are on contract through June 12.
Session Two: 7/7 will be a required staff workday, working your normal summer school hours. 3.5 hours of prep are available by timecard only (outside of contract time) and should not create an overtime situation.
- After applying to this posting, the Teaching and Learning office will work with the Building Principal to recommend candidates to Human Resources for hire.
- The candidate name will be on an employment report that is approved by the School Board.
- The candidate will then receive an email confirming the hire and providing information regarding the onboarding requirement.
- Hire letters must be signed prior to the first day of the summer school session.
- All summer school employees will enter time worked into Timecard Online.
