Starting Wage: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 5 days/week, One Weekend Day Required
Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm (close at 5:00pm on weekends)
In-Person, Full-Time

You might be exactly who we’re looking for! We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to help support our Peoria store's sales team and customers. This role requires someone who can effectively manage a variety of responsibilities simultaneously, maintain a structured workflow, build positive connections with both colleagues and customers, determine the most important tasks, and consistently produce precise work.
As our Peoria Store's Administrative Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for a variety of important tasks, including:
- Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Generating and reviewing daily financial reports.
- Assisting with the calculation and tracking of store goals.
- Managing and following up on web sales inquiries.
- Preparing and balancing daily store deposits.
- Ordering essential supplies to keep our team running smoothly.
- Contributing to various projects to ensure smooth operations.
Your days will be engaging and varied, offering a great mix of responsibilities. We value someone who is accurate, reliable, and has a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a structured work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with others.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent. Prior administrative experience is a plus.
