Peoria Heights, IL (Sherman's Clearance Center)
Full-Time, In-Person
Starting Wage: $18 / Hour Plus Commission
Schedule: Choice of 4 or 5 Day Schedule (Weekends Required)
Mondays - Fridays: 9:30am - 7:00pm
Saturdays: 9:30am - 5:00pm
Sundays: 10:30am - 5:00pm

Here’s what to expect:
- Ethical selling: You'll be trained to sell with high integrity.
- Customer-centric approach: You'll approach every customer with a smile and help them discover the deal they're looking for.
- Product expertise: You'll participate in product trainings for all the categories you sell - furniture, mattresses, and appliances.
- Stay active at work: You won't be stuck behind a desk all day, you will help move product, stage the floor, and tour the showroom with customers.
Qualifications you’ll need:
- Skills: Detail-oriented with a knack for building genuine connections.
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Background: Must pass a standard background check
