Job Type: Full time 40 hours
Travel Requirement: As needed, up to 25%

Job Description:
Sherpa 6 has an exciting opportunity for Mid-Level Intelligence Support Engineers in support of USSOCOM Program Executive Office SOF Digital Applications’ (PEO-SDA) Global Systems Support Engineers (GSSE) contract. [SM1] The Intelligence SE requires in-depth knowledge on SOCOM and Joint Staff intelligence analysis principles and intelligence cycles to include a working knowledge of the major intelligence disciplines: Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). Senior Intelligence SE with intelligence domain experience must be able to create and conduct tailored courses on SOF programs of record, in addition to commercial or government sponsored, mission relevant technologies to provide subject matter expert insight to end users on how to use those technologies to build a comprehensive intelligence picture. In addition to current technologies, the contractor must be able to adapt to future technologies ensuring the seamless integration into their hosting unit’s intelligence production schedules. This position is contingent upon contract award.

- In addition to current technologies, must be able to adapt to future technologies ensuring the seamless integration into their hosting unit’s intelligence production schedules.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years of SOCOM experience.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience communicating intelligence and operations details to senior leaders.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience analyzing HUMINT, SIGNIT, IMINT, OSINT, or a combination of two or more intelligence disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the following applications:
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access)
- Analyst Notebook
- M3 – Multimedia Messenger (Or other reports-based research tools such as Catapult, Palantir, or FADE)
- HOT-R Or CHROME (Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Requirements, Reporting, and Operations Management Environment)
- Excellent writing communication and reporting skills.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Experience:
- 4 years of SOCOM experience.
- Prior Battalion/Squadron or higher echelon Staff experience.
Background Screening/Check/Investigation:
Successful completion of a background screening/check/investigation will/may be required as a condition of hire.

The proposed salary range is reflective across all Sherpa 6 locations, years of experience and skill levels. Salary negotiations will be based on a host of factors including but not limited to your geographic location, prior experience, relevant skills, education, and certifications.
