Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer service representative to provide customers with an
exceptional experience. This is a full-time (Monday – Thursday 7AM – 5PM)
position in Berthoud, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, manage order pick-ups, and generate walk-in sales
- Answer customer questions through email and phone
- Handle customer technical questions, provide solutions, and follow up
- Inspect products for quality
- Keep area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old
- Excellent communication skills
