Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Looking for 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections area
- Experience with Quickbooks, large ERP system and MS Office
- Have strong attention to detail with problem solving abilities
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy with invoices and approvals
- Perform general ledger data entry and job costing
- Post daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts
- Generate and send invoices, monitor accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Conduct credit checks, set up new accounts, and maintain customer detailed records
- Prepare monthly AR reporting for senior management
- Prepare sales commissions calculations
- Work with other department leads as needed
- Work on other ad-hoc projects as needed
