Requirements
- Financial Analysis: Develop ROI models, analyze profitability, conduct variance analysis, and create proformas for key initiatives.
- Business Analytics: Provide data-driven insights through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
- Financial Planning: Lead corporate budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Performance Management: Prepare executive reports, KPI scorecards, competitive benchmarking, and market trend analysis.
- Strategic Planning: Support long-term financial modeling and strategy execution.
- Data & Systems: Enhance analytics capabilities through data sourcing, reporting automation, and metric validation.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of progressive finance experience; large company ($1B revenue) background preferred.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (Oracle Fusion/EPM, PowerBI, Cognos).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
