For this role, we're seeking a Commission Program Manager to lead the firm's strategy, development, and execution of sales commission programs across multiple sales channels and representative types. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and maintain sales commission plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Lead compensation steering committees and drive plan enhancements through data and field insights
- Develop and maintain complex database models and reporting tools to optimize performance analysis and decision-making
- Act as a liaison between field teams and corporate leadership, aligning incentives with strategic objectives
- Collaborate internally and externally on system enhancements related to program processing and reporting
- Build SQL-based KPI dashboards and maintain with real-time data
- Manage junior team members
- Support CRM integration to align sales support processes and effectiveness
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- 6–8 years of experience in complex compensation/sales/financial program management or similar roles
- Strong database and reporting skills (Excel, SQL, Access)
- Experience with CRM platforms and compensation tools (or financial/sales data)
