Are you a savvy HR Operations professional looking to make a career move? We've got a BRAND NEW opportunity to join our client's team as their Manager of HR Operations. This is an onsite role in Charlotte where you will oversee leave management, workers' compensation, benefits, and drive HR process improvements.

Specifically, you will:

• Manage FMLA, ADA, and PWFA compliance
• Oversee workers' compensation and return-to-work programs
• Administer benefits and total rewards programs
• Monitor regulatory compliance
• Drive HR process centralization and efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships
• Maintain HR data and reporting
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's in HR or related field
• 5 years HR experience with workers' comp, leave, benefits
• 2 years leadership in multi-state HR operations
• Strong compliance and process expertise
• HRIS proficiency
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Multi-state regulatory knowledge
