Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and maintaining CRM data.
- Process sales orders, contracts, and invoices to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to facilitate smooth sales operations.
- Manage schedules, set up meetings, and handle travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and client communications.
- Maintain and update sales documentation, pricing sheets, and product information.
- Assist in onboarding new sales team members by ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources.
- Monitor inventory levels for sales materials and promotional items, ensuring availability when needed.
- 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Experience in a sales-driven environment is a plus.
