Job Overview – Sales Support Specialist – 33516

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to our sales team. In this role, you will help streamline sales processes, manage documentation, coordinate communication, and ensure the team operates efficiently. Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and maintaining CRM data.
  • Process sales orders, contracts, and invoices to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to facilitate smooth sales operations.
  • Manage schedules, set up meetings, and handle travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and client communications.
  • Maintain and update sales documentation, pricing sheets, and product information.
  • Assist in onboarding new sales team members by ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources.
  • Monitor inventory levels for sales materials and promotional items, ensuring availability when needed.


Requirements


  • 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in a sales-driven environment is a plus.
