Job Overview
The Director of Marketing and Sales will lead the development and execution of strategies to drive sales growth, enhance brand awareness, and expand market share. This dynamic role requires a leader with expertise in marketing, sales, and digital strategies, with a proven track record in the consumer goods industry. The position reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals.
o Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
o Position Liberty Tabletop as the leading brand in the "Made in USA" niche market.
- Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing and sales teams to achieve performance excellence.
o Foster collaboration with the CEO, factory operations, and the design team.
- Sales Management:
o Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
o Set sales targets, monitor progress, and report performance metrics.
o Manage key client relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Marketing Initiatives:
o Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
o Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
o Collaborate on traditional media initiatives, such as television, radio, podcasts, and print.
- Budget Management:
o Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
o Analyze the ROI of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Market Research and Analytics:
o Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
o Use data analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
