Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Representative

National established apparel company has immediate opening for data entry clerk/Customer Service starting at $13.00/hr for data entry and up to $18.00/hour for data entry with customer service work. We are seeking individuals who are eager to work and grow along with our company. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a desire to learn about our company’s products and procedures. Individuals who excel, will be promoted to our customer/sales service team. This position provides supports to our sales department and other staff members within our company.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel

The positions entails:

• Data entry (50 wpm preferred)
• Data entry verification
• Customer and order data maintenance
• Retrieval of customer and order information
• Communication with our sales staff and internal staff through email.
• Sort and organize paperwork for filing
• Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.
• Occasional answering of phones (to cover during lunch breaks)

Individuals who demonstrate customer service skills will be given the opportunity to move up immediately to our customer service team at a higher pay rate.
