What You’ll Do:
- Accurately process and prepare orders for shipping.
- Invoice daily, process all shipping paperwork for domestic as well as international shipments.
- Manage shipping documentation and tracking.
- Collaborate and work directly with the production dept, packing dept, and the customer service team.
- Maintain organized shipping areas.
- Palletize and stage future shipments and release shipments by shipping dates

- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, and/or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with shipping software or willingness to learn.

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Shipping Clerk with a background in handling FedEx, UPS, USPS domestic as well international shipments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, staging and shipping packages as well as freight shipments to industry standards and company protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate efforts with production and packing dept to insure on time shipments.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and communicate with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify and process shipping documentation, including invoices and tracking numbers.
- Maintain accurate shipping records. Especially bill of ladings
- Follow all safety and regulatory requirements guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain shipping materials (e.g., pallets, boxes, wrapping materials, tapes, etc…).
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments and organizing storage.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that shipped items meet company standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk, preferably in handling daily shipments as well as palletized freight shipments.
- Experience in Microsoft office especially word and excel.
- Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in logistics is a plus but not necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Vacation 1 week-after 1 year with the company
- Vacation 2 weeks-after 3 years with the company
- Vacation 3 weeks-after 5 years with the company

- Monday to Friday 40-45 hour Day shift
- Saturdays- High Season 7am-12pm
