This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $18.50 per hour. You will work at a store within a 10-mile radius of Store #708615, located at 9745 SE Division Street, Portland, OR 97266.
In this dynamic position, you will :
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
- Assist customers both in-person and over the phone, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products and services.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, adhering to company policies.
- Achieve set sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain accurate work order files and inventory records.
- Prepare and mix products according to customer specifications.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Handle store cleaning and maintenance tasks as necessary.
- Assist with deliveries and unloading trucks when required.
