In this role, you will also handle customer concerns promptly, maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, and uphold the visual and quality standards of our products and store. Achieving excellent customer service while meeting sales targets will be essential.
The position will require you to work at stores within a 10-mile radius of Store #705664, located at : 151 Endicott Street, Danvers, MA 01923-3761.
As part of your responsibilities, you will :
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
- Stock shelves and create attractive displays.
- Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as necessary.
