Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist and play a crucial role in our retail stores. In this position, you will connect with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. Your mission will be to address customer concerns promptly and ensure their maximum satisfaction while staying informed about product features and upholding our high quality and visual standards.

As a key member of our team, your excellent customer service skills will help achieve store sales goals. Your responsibilities will involve direct customer contact, handling transactions, and managing valuable store assets, which may require background checks to ensure safety and security.

Your work will be based at Store #708966, located at 5109 N Road 68, Suite C, Pasco, WA 99301. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $17.91 per hour.

Application Process :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
  • Assist customers in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products.
  • Foster positive relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in adherence to company policies.
  • Achieve sales goals and maintain organized work order files.
  • Stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure a tidy store environment.
  • Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
  • Assist in deliveries and manage inventory.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures and propose sales improvement strategies.
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Experience in selling paint or paint-related products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
