Working alongside store associates, you'll be responsible for helping achieve the store's sales goals while upholding the high quality and visual standards of our products and store. Your duties will involve direct customer interaction, processing transactions, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness.

What You Will Do :
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, identifying their needs and offering suitable products and services.
- Build productive relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately following company policies.
- Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
- Prepare products by tinting and mixing to customer specifications.
- Stock shelves, set up displays, and assist with maintenance of store cleanliness.
- Support inventory control procedures and suggest strategies for improving sales.
