As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs and provide them with the best solutions regarding our exceptional range of products. This is a part-time position located at Store #7192, 2134 Planet Ave, Salina, KS 67401.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies.
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
- Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
- Restock shelves and set up visually appealing displays.
- Keep store equipment clean and organized.
- Assist with loading / unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries when needed.
- Maintain an in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
- Stay informed about product offerings and options available to customers.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Propose suggestions for improving sales strategies.
