Job Title: Store Associate
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will also be responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns, ensuring maximum client satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality visual standards of the products and store.
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
* Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
* Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
* Stock shelves and set up displays
* Clean store equipment
* Load/unload delivery trucks
* Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
Requirements:
* Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
* Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
* Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
* Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products is an asset
* Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is an asset
