This role is crucial for the success of our retail operations. Customer Service Sales Associates will engage with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend tailored solutions. Additionally, they will address customer concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction while staying informed about the latest product features.
Customer Service Sales Associates will work to achieve superior customer service and contribute to meeting the store's sales targets. This part-time position offers up to 28 hours per week with a starting hourly wage of $16.75.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #2432, located at : 4871 SO Tamiami Tr, Sarasota, FL.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure exemplary customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
- Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintain organized work order files and accurate formulas.
- Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
- Restock shelves and arrange product displays.
- Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
- Assist with delivery logistics as required.
- Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and discuss available options with customers.
- Adhere to inventory control measures.
- Propose strategies to enhance sales.
