This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with both wholesale and retail customers, helping them discover the perfect Sherwin-Williams products to meet their needs.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Engaging with customers in person and over the phone, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Building trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately processing sales transactions and following established policies and procedures.
- Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintaining organized work order files and precise formulas.
- Preparing products from the sales floor or warehouse, including mixing and tinting to customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and creating engaging displays.
- Keeping store equipment clean and operational.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting in deliveries as required.
- Ensuring assigned areas are in-stock and presented neatly.
- Staying knowledgeable about our product offerings and discussing options with customers.
- Following inventory control procedures to maintain product availability.
- Providing suggestions for improving sales.
