- Delivering excellent customer service that meets and exceeds store sales goals.

- Accurate processing of sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining detailed work order files and product formulas.
- Managing inventory by stocking shelves, pulling products, and ensuring areas are presentable.
- Conducting tinting and mixing of products to meet customer specifications.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as needed.
- Staying informed about product offerings to effectively discuss options with customers.
- Identifying ways to improve sales and enhance the customer experience.
