This role develops and implements processes and methods to manage and update existing training content, release new materials, and create user experiences around asynchronous training content.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain training platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and up to date:
- Deliver and maintain a controlled document library for BIOS training materials
- Maintain and update metadata, views, and landing pages for new and existing training materials
- Curate views to meet user experience requirements (languages, personas)
- Enable and manage learning management platform capabilities throughout platform lifecycle.
- Develop and automate notifications for updates to training materials and documents.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather relevant information and create clear communications.
- Design and develop mixed-media, self-led, asynchronous materials from instructor led training using learning management platform capabilities. Leverage industry and learning management platform best practices to improve overall GTO deployment organization training capabilities.
- Identify and create curriculum for training courses for individual workstreams
- Coordinate workstream resources to deliver the content outlined in the plan to support GTO roadmap.
- Leverage existing and emerging training best practices to enhance learning experiences.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in training and development. Ensure all training initiatives align with the organization’s common training framework.
- Participates in the Enterprise Learning & Organizational Development LMS initiatives, advocating for the Global Transformation Organization’s requirements and priorities.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Preferred:
- Oracle Cloud ERP certifications.
Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in deploying and supporting a global system implementation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training, preferably in deploying enterprise digital business solutions.
- Good understanding of SW business and training industry leading practices
- Experience with multiple large-scale programs and projects, leading optimization efforts and driving standardization.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationship with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and employees at all levels of the organization.
- Attention to details and a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to address issues with tact and diplomacy in order to reach consensus across wide range of diverse business teams.
- Preferred:
- Experience with training Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
- Experience managing controlled documents
