Job Description
This role involves developing and maintaining a culture that drives continuous improvement of safety, health, and environmental excellence within the manufacturing facility. The incumbent will ensure compliance with all occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements under federal, state, and local law and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety and health training programs to promote employee participation and support for safety goals
- Plan, coordinate, and lead all site EHS training and activities
- Manage the EHS Management System and perform inspections, investigations, and analyses to minimize the potential for accidental losses or environmental releases
- Integrate risk control/loss control into daily operations and maintain regulatory compliance reporting, recordkeeping, and monitoring (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
