Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Paint Sales Expert at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth in our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, promoting Sherwin-Williams' brand and values.
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
- Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
