We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Paint Store Team Member to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers
- Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Achieve sales goals and targets
- Maintain accurate work order files and formulas
- Retrieve and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse
- Mix and tint products to customer specifications
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Assist in making deliveries, as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
