This position is vital for the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll engage directly with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. The selected candidate will be expected to work at Store #703602, located at : 1504 Boulevard Colonial Heights VA 23834.

Your responsibilities will involve frequent contact with customers, which includes minors, and you'll have access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and merchandise. To protect our operations, a criminal history review will be conducted.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.

Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers.

Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.

Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Maintain organized work order files and formulas.

Select and prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse.

Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed.

Stock shelves and arrange displays to enhance store presentation.

Clean and maintain store equipment.

Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.

Help with deliveries when required.

Ensure that assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Stay knowledgeable about product offerings to discuss options with customers.

Adhere to inventory control processes.

Provide suggestions for improving sales.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Must have legal authorization to work in the country without needing sponsorship.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 70 lbs., with or without accommodation.

Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications :

Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

High School diploma or GED.

At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.

Prior experience in selling paint and related products.

Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in more than one language.

Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
