Customer Service Specialist Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work closely with wholesale and retail customers, determining their needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending the right solutions.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals
  • Resolve any customer concerns promptly and ensure maximum client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high-quality visual standards of the products and store

Responsibilities

  • Determine customer needs and answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products
  • Promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently
  • Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
  • Stock shelves and set up displays
  • Clean store equipment
  • Load/unload delivery trucks
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
