Customer Service Specialist Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work closely with wholesale and retail customers, determining their needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending the right solutions.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:
- Achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals
- Resolve any customer concerns promptly and ensure maximum client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high-quality visual standards of the products and store
Responsibilities
- Determine customer needs and answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products
- Promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently
- Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
- Stock shelves and set up displays
- Clean store equipment
- Load/unload delivery trucks
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
- Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
