Job Description
Design, develop, and deploy software and services used to automate and maintain Infrastructure platform (databases, VMs, networking, storage, containers, cloud) deployments within the enterprise. Conduct technical tasks associated with the implementation of infrastructure platforms, and services. Create software defined configurations, design life-cycle service models, ensure technology interoperability and flexible integration with other systems. Apply Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices to support new and existing line-of-business infrastructure deployments. Focus on infrastructure service delivery, including the following: design and maintain infrastructure service catalog, defining and maintaining system change management policies and programs, and develop software to leverage third party web service-based Application Programming Interface (APIs). Contribute to capacity, scalability and maintenance of short and mid-term planning and efforts to support infrastructure operations. Work closely with application teams to upgrade/migrate applications and technologies to Infrastructure platforms. Coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information in infrastructure solutions against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure. Participate in application/server/platform lifecycle management. Define and implement configurations leveraging automation and orchestration to support provision/de-provision of Infrastructure services by application teams. Participate in the design, engineering, configuration, operation and maintenance of secure and scalable Infrastructure services (databases, VMs, networking, storage, containers, cloud). Automates installation and configuration of infrastructure services based on guidelines and standards Perform automated controlled deployments of digital assets between development, quality assurance and production environments. Role is hybrid allowing periodic work from home, in the Cleveland, Ohio office area.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or Information Technology field of study and Five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer, IT Principal Consultant, DevOps Engineer, or related role where required experience gained.

- 5 years IT experience.
- 3 years of experience in Infrastructure platforms; Networks, Servers, Storage, VMS
- Experience in Cloud, System Administration, or experience with managing middleware application technologies.
- Experience with Continuous delivery, DevOps, and automation of deploying applications
- Experience in DevOps strategies, technologies, tools, and practices.
- Experience working with an Infrastructure-as-Code tool like Terraform, Ansible or Puppet.
- Networking fundamentals including: load balancing, firewalls, and application proxies and security brokers.
- IT processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management.
- Scripting languages including Python and Bash.
- Experience with software development and collaboration products.
