In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Building productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Processing sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures
- FOLLOWING AND ACHIEVING SALES GOALS ON A MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, AND YEARLY BASIS
- Maintaining precise work order files and formulas
- PULLING APPROPRIATE PRODUCTS FROM THE SALES FLOOR OR WAREHOUSE
- TINTING AND MIXING PRODUCTS AS NEEDED TO CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS
- STOCKING SHELVES AND SETTING UP DISPLAYS
- CLEANING STORE EQUIPMENT
- LOADING/UNLOADING DELIVERY TRUCKS
- ASSISTING IN MAKING DELIVERIES AS NEEDED
- Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Remaining knowledgeable on products offered and discussing available options
- Complying with inventory control procedures
- Suggesting ways to improve sales
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
- Be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
