Sewing Machine Technician to join our team and maintain our sewing equipment to the highest

standards.

Job Summary: The Industrial Sewing Machine Technician is responsible for the maintenance,

repair, and troubleshooting of industrial sewing machines used in mattress production. This role

ensures that all sewing equipment operates efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and

maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

 Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial sewing machines used in mattress

manufacturing.

 Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.

 Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent equipment failures.

 Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

 Order and replace parts as needed to keep machines in optimal working condition.

 Provide technical support and training to sewing machine operators.

 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

 Collaborate with the production team to minimize disruptions and improve workflow.

Qualifications:

 High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in sewing machine repair is a

plus.

 Proven experience as an Industrial Sewing Machine Technician or similar role.

 Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

 Familiarity with industrial sewing machines and their components.

 Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
