Job Responsibilities
Uses closing machine to close the assembled mattress from mattress builder,
and trims excess threads from finished mattress.
Requires use of closing machine, scissors, and other tools as needed.
Must be aware of quality standards and able to monitor own work to ensure
tailoring meets those standards.
Must maintain work area neat and organized.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., frequent standing, walking, pulling, pushing, and
stooping.
Job Skills & Qualifications
The ability to stand, walk and move for a full shift
Previous experience with upholstery or furniture manufacturing
Must pass criminal background check and eligible to work in the United States
