Duties Responsibilities :
- Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Direct and Coordinate Production Activities : Manage the coordination and oversight of departments responsible for the production, pricing, sales, and delivery of Greenhill Concrete products.
- Analyze Financial and Performance Data : Review financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to assess productivity, achieve goals, and identify opportunities for cost reduction or operational improvements.
- Oversee Administrative Functions : Supervise and direct administrative activities related to the manufacturing, sales, and delivery of products.
- Conduct Site Inspections : Inspect work progress, equipment, and plant sites to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality assurance, and project specifications.
- Manage Personnel Functions : Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for team members to ensure strong team development and effective staffing.
- Collaborate to Resolve Issues : Work with operations staff, quality control, other departments, and customers to resolve operational issues and coordinate activities.
- Train and Develop Crew Members : Provide necessary training and development opportunities to enhance crew members' skills and performance.
- Maintain Customer Relationships : Ensure strong customer relations by providing professional and courteous service, addressing any concerns promptly.
