Highly interactive and client-focused, the CSR provides customer service and clerical support, while communicating confidently and effectively with clients, doctors and referring veterinarians. This includes managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, surgeries, dental exams, boarding reservations, medical records, client communication and general inquiries. Experience with veterinary specific software (Cornerstone) a plus but not required.
